TSS Pro is a business management application designed for trades and businesses to manage customers, site surveys, jobs, measurements, photographs, quotes and job progress.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you use TSS Pro, information you provide may include:
- Account and login information, including your email address
- Business profile information, including business name, trade type, contact name, telephone number and email address
- Customer information entered by you, including names, addresses, telephone numbers and email addresses
- Job and site information
- Survey information and notes
- Measurements
- Quotes and quote information
- Photographs uploaded or taken within the app
- Job status and workflow information
HOW WE USE INFORMATION
Information is used to provide the functions of TSS Pro, including saving and retrieving jobs, surveys and quotes, synchronising information between authorised devices, storing photographs and maintaining business records.
We do not sell personal information to advertisers or third parties.
CLOUD STORAGE AND SERVICE PROVIDERS
TSS Pro uses third-party infrastructure and cloud services, including Supabase, to provide authentication, database storage, file storage and synchronisation.
Information may therefore be processed by service providers where necessary to operate TSS Pro.
PHOTOGRAPHS AND DEVICE ACCESS
TSS Pro may request access to the device camera or photographs when a user chooses to take or attach photographs to a survey or job.
This access is used only to provide functionality requested by the user.
DATA SECURITY
Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect information stored through TSS Pro.
User accounts are separated so users cannot normally access another account's private business information.
DATA RETENTION
Information is retained while required to provide TSS Pro and maintain the user's business records, unless deletion is requested or otherwise required by law.
DELETING YOUR DATA
Users may request deletion of their TSS Pro account and associated personal information by contacting contact@signsolutions.uk.

CHILDREN
TSS Pro is intended as a business management application and is not designed for children.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
